The girl was able to get free and run into her house. The man was last seen running southbound toward Breeze Street SE. He is described as a black man JORDAN FLIGHT TEAM, last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt AIR JORDANS CHEAP, an orange baseball hat and Nike shoes.
