The heel heights on Mary Janes vary enormously, as do the heel shape, so if you’re really looking for comfort, pick a thicker heel. You’ll be surprised to find that you can go a little higher in the heel if the heel has more weight to it. Also, by choosing a bit of a platform, you can raise that heel further (and “improve” your height) without adding any extra pain. And less pain, my ladies, is what it’s all about.
